Going down? @edfladung cars are just bullshit. Everytime you turn the engine over it depreciates in value. But at least you can exchange ownership. in reply to edfladung 6 hrs ago

After being discussed for the better part of the day, but home to one of the ugliest holding pages known to mankind, Change.gov is finally up.

Some people are reporting having difficulty accessing the page (looks like Drupal is running behind the scenes judging by the error messages), but here is a screengrab of the home page:

Change.gov

From the page:

The story of the campaign and this historic moment has been your story. Share your story and your ideas, and be part of bringing positive lasting change to this country.

There is a sign-up for so you can keep yourself abreast about the president elect and his transistion team, as well as links to a blog, a newsroom, and the agenda as it is defined.

For once, a President who gets the internet! This thing looks great on the surface as well as behind the scenes.

It looks there are forms where you can submit your ideas and speak out on just about every page. I wonder how long before we see a “digg this” button on there?
